MCHD requires a minimum of 5 guests to qualify for birthday party packages. (Children ages 10 and under, sorry no exceptions)  If you have less than 5 guests you will still be responsible for paying for 5 guests at the selected package rate. to ensure the quality of work and safety of all participants the number of guests shall not exceed 10. No more than 2 adults are permitted in the birthday party area. No running or horseplay. Due to time constraints, children’s hair will not be curled or flat ironed all over. All services are in the interest of fun and are not intended to represent professional styles acceptable to pageants, dances, etc. Hair must be clean and dry upon arrival. A $25 deposit is due within 1 week of the booking date when booked more than 1 week in advanced. The deposit is due at the time of the booking when booked within the week of the scheduled party. The deposit is applied to party charges. All outside food and beverage, Birthday gifts, decorations, balloons, and hair accessories are prohibited.
